A total of 72 units of NZI traps were installed in strategic areas of the provinces of Davao del Norte and Compostela Valley to control if not eradicate Surra disease, which is considered as one of the dreadful diseases of the country affecting beneficial and economic animals such as carabao, cattle, horse, goat, sheep, swine and even dog.
