Interested parties are requested to submit Letter of Intent and updated documents for eligibility check as per IRR-A of RA 9184 to the Chairman - Bids & Awards Committee Eligibility requirements and bids forms/tender documents can be obtained from the office of BAC Secretariat. All Certification/Statements must be under oath. The bidding documents shall be issued to the eligible bidders upon payment of Two Hundred Fifty pesos
(P 250.00).

All particulars relative to the eligibility process, bidding, evaluation of bids and award of contract shall be governed by the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR-A) of the Republic Act No. 9184 otherwise known as Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA).

The Department of Agriculture RFU-XI reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects of formality therein and to accept bids considered complying and most advantageous to the government.

The invitation to apply for eligibility and to bid and the requirements for this bidding such as list of eligibility documents required and the listing for the two (2) separate sealed envelopes requirements as per IRR-A of RA 9184 are posted in the bulletine board of the DA-RFU XI and the website of the Department of AGriculture: www.da.gov.ph and http://www.davao.da.gov.ph.
